Florida Fisher Man.
He was on a bike I gave him when he died. He always rode his bike's. everyone in the neighborhood knew him and know him to be on a bike. He was a smart person. Even thou the weather was crappy he was not in the wrong for riding his bike in winter. He has no money or support, except me and his son's in Florida.
